Welcome to the Laser Fund PAMM Automation and Education Network. By accessing, enrolling, or participating in our platform, trainings, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Laser Fund PAMM Automation and Education Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers educational resources, group coaching, and access to automated trading technology. Participation is voluntary and intended for educational purposes only. By joining, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a guaranteed investment but are accessing tools to enhance your financial literacy and opportunities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By joining the program, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. No Guarantees or Financial Advice

We do not guarantee profits, outcomes, or specific returns. All trading carries inherent risk, and participation in this program should be considered speculative. The content provided through our network is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4. AI Trading and Contribution Terms

Participants may choose to contribute capital that is then allocated to our proprietary AI trading system. These funds are not deposits, loans, or securities, and no principal or return is guaranteed. Returns (if any) are calculated monthly and distributed based on bot performance. You understand and accept that losses may occur.

Withdrawals or changes to your contribution must comply with our internal policy and may require notice.

5. Use of Training & Materials

All training content, videos, documentation, strategies, and tools are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

By participating, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary content, systems, trading methods, and internal communications. You may not disclose or reproduce any aspect of this program to outside parties. This includes client portals, strategy documents, trading algorithms, or performance data.

7. Payment Terms

All payments made to participate in the Laser Fund PAMM program are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team to resolve any issues.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program for any reason, including but not limited to: misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, sharing confidential material, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of this program, including financial loss, system failures, missed opportunities, or user error. You assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes.

10. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions, and your continued use of the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
